Winter Paralympics 2018 Sports Schedule – Result Updates.
The Paralympics 2018 sports in PyeongChang Gangwon-do province, South Korea has commenced with with a very colourful opening ceremony.
The 2018 Winter Paralympics (Hangul: 평창 동계 패럴림픽; Hanja: 平昌 冬季 패럴림픽; RR: Pyeongchang Donggye Paereollimpik), officially known as the XII Paralympic Winter Games and popularly referred to as the 2018 PyeongChang Paralympics is an international winter multi-sport event for athletes with disabilities. The games is slated to hold from 9 to 18 March 2018 in in Pyeongchang County.
Out of the about 49 countries announced during the opening ceremony to be participating in this year’s games, there is no sign of the Nigerian team.
The competition will feature six Winter Paralympic sports including Alpine skiing, Biathlon, Cross-country skiing, Ice sledge hockey, Snowboarding and Wheelchair curling with a total of 80 medal to be won in the events.
