Why is jamb saying no result yet? That was a question I got this morning from a candidate who was unable to access his UTME result on the Jamb Result Checking Portal.
What Could Be Done In Situations Like This?
Please, you have to be really patient. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) have advised candidates to start checking their results online. But there are a couple of reasons why you may not have seen your result yet, even after the some days. That doesn’t mean you will never have the result.

Note that the results are uploaded online in batches. So, it’s most likely that yours hasn’t been uploaded at the time you were trying to check, even when your friends have already printed theirs.
Simply check back much later as JAMB is currently working hard towards resolving all the pending issues. You don’t have to be in a rush to avoid making regrettable mistakes. Tell your parents /guardians to be patient with you. Refer them to this post, if that would help.
Also, be wary of whoever is promising to upgrade your result. That is NEVER POSSIBLE!!
Don’t be a victim of their scam! This warning goes out specially to those yet to see their results, those that have seen theirs but scored lowly, those who gets the response “Result Withheld” when they try to check. This is because these set of JAMBites appears to be the most vulnerable to be exploited by the scammers currently on rampage online in different guise. Once again, don’t be a victim!

Please firstly I wrote my jamb on May 17th, 7am at Orlu BeachMark Center but I leter got an information that our exam was cancelled my JAMB then they sent to sms to me on June that am to retake the a exam at Federal College of Land Resources Tech. Oforola/Obosima Owerri then I did exactly what they said I retake the exam on 1st July 7am accordingly but today is 10th of July I have been checking my result but they are tell me that I did not register for JAMB please am getting mad of this something needs to be done please.

These results should be released please, the registrar said that less than 10percent of the alleged 80,000 candidates were actually involved in the malpractice, so i don’t see what is keeping you people from releasing the results of the rest of us, for the past three weeks. This is getting unbearable as we are all eager to know our fates in the just concluded exams. Jamb body, please stop putting us on suspense as the inconveniences are getting too much on not just only us but also on our parents. Some of the money used in the payment for the exam registration were borrowed, and hard earned, this will be very heart breaking for our parents who struggled for the money. Also if the results were erased or lost due to technical errors i believe we are entitled to detailed explanations, as the cbt systems which is just starting up in our country “Nigeria” is not expected to be 100percent efficient, this can still be understood and the affected candidates can write a supplementary exam, but i don’t think it is just fair to keep us in the dark about all these and hide under the canopy of malpractice, when the lives of people are at stake. I wrote Jamb on the 14th of March and I’m yet to see my result as the online checker portal keeps showing NO RESULT YET. Please Jamb should put their shoulders to the wheel and make sure that our scores are revealed before the elections and also a press release by Prof. Ojerinde on this issue will go a long way in sooting our wounds. Jamb should atleast say something to let us know that they are listening and are ready to take neccessary actions to make things better.
