Time: 10am (Guests are expected to be seated at 9:00am)
CONVOCATION LUNCH
Venue: Students Building
Time: 1:30pm – 3:00pm.
NOTE: All graduating students and other guests are expected to be seated at 9:00am. Nobody, including Graduands and their Parents/Guardians, will be admitted into the Convocation Arena after 9:00am. Graduands are not expected to leave the Convocation venue before the end of the ceremony.
Graduating students are advised to collect their academic robes, order of proceedings, Scroll for Certificate and two Guests’ cards from the University’s Academic Division between 10:00am-2:00pm from Tuesday April 16 – Thursday April 25, 2019 on payment of the sum of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000) only through Remita into the University’s Account for the hiring of gown.
The gowns are expected to be returned on or before Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Return of gown after April 30, 2019 attracts the payment of the sum of N15,000 each day while failure to return gown attracts payment of N35,000 only as penalty.
