University of Nigeria UNN Postgraduate Accommodation Procedure Released.
This is to inform all Postgraduate students of University of Nigeria, Nsukka that the Postgraduate, PG Hostel Accommodation Portal will be opened as follows:
The portal will be opened on Monday, March 25, 2019 from 10am to 6pm. Any student who wishes to get a bed space must have duly paid all necessary fees for the session. PG accommodation is on a first come, first served basis.
PROCESS FLOW FOR PG HOSTEL ACCOMMODATION:
- Visit the UNN Portal- unnportal.unn.edu.ng
- Sign in with your Username and Password.
- Click Hostel
- Click Apply for Postgraduate Hostel
- Generate Invoice
- Go to the bank or pay using the online platform
- Visit the Portal with you Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR) to authenticate your payment
- Print online receipt
- Visit the hostel and student affairs for further directives.
For all your student related issues including accommodation, please take advantage of our e-channels. Send an email to [email protected]
For those trying to apply for hostel accommodation online, leave the online application and go to the school and apply manually if not you won’t get bed space. Go to the student affairs office and give them application letter with your passport and school fees receipt.
Then bed space will be allocated to you. Hurry now before it closes for the session. You have just next week alone as names will be out soon. Goodluck

if you wrote application for bed space UNEC, you can now do the online application and other necessaries
Hello Uzoma, I just tried to apply and surprisingly I was issued RRR to go pay at the bank, were you allocated a bed space like those in Nsukka campus?
@Chioma I had the same problem b4 kip trying especially btw 10am-12pm.
Please, till today, I’m still receiving the response that “all rooms have been allocated”. Does it mean that there are no more spaces in the hostel?

U hav e to apply to get an invoice by clicking the apply for accommodation, might experience network challenges here by seeing things lik “all rooms hav been allocated” just keep trying till u generate the invoice (remita),
which u Will go to pay 30k in d bank and then go to click the pay for hostel button to get ur bedspace receipt, here to u might also face issues lik “the registration number on ur invoice is different from urs.
Please just keep trying.

The hostel portal has been opened. Remember there is limited bed space so make haste to generate hostel invoice if ONLY you have paid all ur fees. Search for http://www.unn.edu.ng. Then go to student portal to log in. Click on hostel application. Get the print out and proceed to bank for payment. After, go back online wit the RRR to print ur room . Or come down to UNN
