UNIPORT Supplementary PUTME 2018/2019 Form & Screening Date Announced.

The University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) Management hereby invites first choice candidates who scored 120 and above in the Post UTME Screening Exercise to apply for admission into the University in the 2018/2019 Academic session.

  • Candidates who may not be admitted in their first choice departments, can apply for supplementary admission into other programmes in the University.
  • Candidates must possess a minimum score of 180 in the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and a minimum of 120 in the University’s 2018/2019 Post UTME Screening.
  • Candidates must possess the relevant O’level credit passes in accordance with the University’s Entry Requirements before applying for the supplementary admission. They should ensure their O’level subjects are uploaded on the JAMB website.

UNIPORT Post UTME Application Procedure:

  1. Eligible/ Cleared candidates are to visit https://utmedetails.uniport.edu.ng/welcome_putme_supple.php and input UTME Registration Number and confirm pre-loaded UTME details.
  2. Print out Payment Slip
  3. Proceed to any of the following Banks with Remita platform(ACCESS BANK PLC, ECOBANK PLC, FIDELITY BANK PLC, FIRST BANK PLC,FCMB, UBA PLC, AND UNIPORT-CHOBA MICROFINANCE BANK) and make payment of N2,000.00 only.
  4. Obtain a Remita receipt showing an Access Code from the Bank Teller confirming the payment.
  5. Proceed back online and Login with your UTME Registration Number and the Access Code on the payment slip.
  6. Complete the Form online as requested.
  7. Upload your passport photograph with red background not more than 1 x 1 inch.
  8. Click on the “submit button” and print Photo Card for the Screening Exercise clearance. Note the date and time of Screening on the Photo Card.
  9. CANDIDATES WHO FAIL TO REGISTER WITHIN THE REGISTRATION PERIOD WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE SCREENING EXERCISE.

CLOSING DATE:

Application for the Supplementary Admission will close on Tuesday, 14th September, 2018.

NOTE:

Candidates are to note that the University will not entertain any case of change of course after publication of Supplementary Admission List.

Inconsistency in name will not be acceptable to the University and may lead to disqualification of affected candidates. Candidates’ names on their O’Level Certificates, UTME results and other registration documents must be the same.

Candidates must be sixteen (16) years of age or above by October, 2018 to be eligible for admission. Candidates who have not uploaded their O’level results on JAMB website (CAPS) should do so immediately at any JAMB APPROVED CBT CENTRE; otherwise such candidates would not be considered for admission.
