OK.. how to check if it has submitted= logout and try the site again if you are still directed to your forms it means it has not been submitted but if it direct you to the final pages where you can print, it means it is updated.

THE BEST IS TO SUBMIT AFTER DOWNLOADING YOUR PASSPORT.

It will bring out a list of further options. Click the field for filling application form for 2016/2017. The field to put in your RRR number will appear. Fill your number in and proceed with uploading your passport which shouldn’t be more than 50kb. Submit your form thereafter. That’s all.

    • That is UNN for you, but you dont need to worry yourself though, my advice… Just go about your normal activities. Whem they are ready they will notify you a week before hand. The test we took last year was discipline based. And be sure to verify that your transcript arrived. Thats all for now.

  • People can ask annoying questions.

For past question, you have been told that examination is subject and computer based and candidates doesn’t leave hall with examination question yet people are eager looking for past question “s”. Let me bluntly say it now, there is no past question any where unless the people in charge will illegally make one open for you. Read the fundamentals/basics of your course. An over view of your first degree discipline and trust in your fate and God. For others going for PGD, do you need to be advised to fundamentals of the proposed course and former one because question can come from the 2 sides. Use Your Brian…UYB.

    For lectures.
We pray to get admission first but time calls for anything we do and not been too fast. Things changes. A department I know much about started their first lecture on the 23rd of February 2015, this may not be the exact date for commencement of lectures. Who knows if such ll happen the same this time.

    For transcript.
If your having challenges on your Itranscript, just make use of the phone numbers and email on the transcript portal and save yourself of much worry and other things.

I wish you well in your forthcoming examination as God ll grant you your best wishes.

(academic transcript very important in PG programs)
That won’t stop you from writing the screening test. It can only delay your admission, even if you have all other requirement.
I will advice you to persist and get the mobile of whose ever that is in charge of transcript in UAM. better still when ready collect and submit by self few days to the screening. Most times it takes time to deliver. Thanks

      COLLINS HAS SAID IT ALL
      TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE
ONCE SCREENING TEST RESULTS HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED, ALL APPLICANTS’ FILES WILL BE SENT TO DEPARTMENTS FOR ASSESSMENT AND ADMISSIIN

IF YOUR TRANSCRIPT CANNOT BE FOUND IN YOUR FILE BEFORE THAT HAPPENS, YOU PROBABLY WOULD HAVE LOST YOUR CHANCE FOR ADMISSION

LIKE COLLINS SAID, GO AND GET YOUR TRANSCRIPT. YOUR ADMISSION DEPENDS ON IT AND NOT ON SCREENING TEST EESULT ALONE

      Reply
  • @MOSES
IF YOU HAD DONE EVERYTHING CORRECTLY, YOU WOULD HAVE RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION NOTICE VIA MAIL IN LESS THAN 5MINUTES AFTER REQUESTING YOUR TRANSCRIPT ON THE ITRANSCRIPT PLATFORM

MY GUESS IS THAT YOU MUST HAVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG OR PROBABLY JUST SAVED THE TRANSACTION UNTIL AJY FUTURE TIME WHEN YOU WANT TO

IF YOU WERE SENT A ONE-TIME-PAYMENT TOKEN BY YOUR BANK, AND YOUR ACCOUNT BALANCE WAS IN EXCESS OF 15,200NGN, AND YOU PROVIDED YOUR EMAIL CORRECTLY, THEN ALL IS WELL. OTHERWISE, CHECK THAT TRANSACTION AGAIN. ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE AVAILABLE ONLINE LONG AFTER THEY HAD BEEN EXECUTED

IF YOU CHECK THE TRANSACTION AND ITS OK OR VALID, LODGE A COMPLAINT THROUGH THE ITRANSCRIPT PORTAL

YOU HAVE EXPRESSED THIS VERY WELL ENOUGH
HOWEVER, I’M BEGINNING TO BELIEVE THAT PAST QUESTIONS MIGHT MEAN DIFFERENT THINGS TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE
THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP REQUESTING FOR PAST QUESTIONS OR “PADT QUESTIONS”

THE OTHER DIMENSION TO THIS SCREENING TEST IS THAT WE DONT NEED 100% TO GET ADMITTED. ADMISSION IS VERY MUCH HINGED ON AN APPLICANT’S TRANSCRIPT.

      THE REAL QUESTION SHOULD BE
WILL YOU CHECK YOUR FILE AT THE PG SCHOOL AFTER THE SCREENING TEST?

BUT NO, LET’S KEEP DEMANDING FOR PAST QUESTIONS UNTIL WE HAVE NO TIME TO REVISE OUR UNDERGRADUATE NOTES AND MAKE NO PREPARATION TOWARDS CHECKING OUR INDIVIDUAL FILE AFTER THE SCRENING TEST

TO SAVE U SOME TROUBLE, I’LL ADVISE YOU VISIT THE PG SCHOOL AT THE CAMPUS WHERE YOUR FACULTY IS LOCATED AT LEAST A DAY BEFORE YOUR SCREENING TEST. MEET THE SCHEDULE OFFICER IN CHARGE OF YOUR FACULTY AND REQUEST HER/HIM TO HELP YOU CHECK IF YOUR TRANSCRIPT IS IN YOUR FILW

IF YES, THEN U CAN LEAVE THEM IN PEACE

IF NO IS THE OFFICER’S RESPONSE, PLS MEET THE OFFICER IN CHARGE OF RECEIVING TRANSCRIPTS SO THAT (S)HE CAN CHECK IF YOUR TRANSCRIPT IS AMONG THOSE WITHOUT TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM. WHEN THE OFFICER FINDS YOUR TRANSCRIPT, YOU CAN HAND THE OFFICER YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM AND YOUR TRANSCRIPT WILL BE INSERTED INTO YOUR FILE RIGHT THERE.

DONT FORGET, IT IS SAFER TO GO TO THE PG SCHOOL BEFORE THE SCREENING TEST THAN AFTER THE SCREENING TEST

THE BEST TIME TO CHECK IS DAYS LEADING TO THE SCREENING TEST.
JUST WALK IN AND ASK IF UR TRANSCRIPT IS INSIDE YOUR FILE.
IF THEY CONFIRM THAT YOUR TRANSCRIPT IS NOT IN YOUR FILE, JUST ASK FOR THE OFFICER IN CHARGE OF RECEIVING TRANSCRIPT, AND RECTIFY THE ISSUE ACCORDINGLY

      Reply
  • You can apply now for UNN but the issue is just that UNN has closed the registration according to the application advertisement. Is true that things change but positing at last years admission, you can see that lectures started middle or late February 2016 and yet they released other admissions in March/April. If you get admission, you ll accept it but no registration because other list are coming out. When you get it, you go and do your registration. Ask people that are in their Masters 1st year now for confirmation. I know of the people that did what your asking about and today they are done with their first exam and results published which I saw with my eyes. For UNIZIK, check their post graduate page if any or you go there, information is power@Usulor.

JUST FIND A MEANS OF WORKING WITH SOMEONE THAT’S CONNECTED TO TRANSCRIPT PROCESSING AND EXPLAIN YOURSELF TO THE PERSON SHOWING A COPY OF UNN DEADLINE FOR RECEIVING TRANSCRIPTS
IT IS BETTER SENT BY NEXT WEEK BUT BEFORE JUNE 30

And please if i pay for d form now… Will it b late for me cos i have not applied for my transcript though i graduated from unn.. And i want to apply for M. Ed in accounting…. Please clarify me on this issue so that i will know wat to do….

    Reply
    • @Mitchel is the same. You need to generate an invoice first, it will show you the amount you need to pay in the bank, 26,200. The bank will then give you your payment slip, which will contain your RRR number. Make sure the RRR number from the payment slip corresponds with the invoice RRR. I don’t think is late for ur transcript, you can pay and fill the form on monday and also apply for the transcript that same monday. Deadline for the transcript is 30th june. U have three weeks

AS A UNN GRADUATE, ITS NOT TOO IMPORTANT FOR YOU TO ATTACH YOUR TRANSCRIPT LABEL BCOS I ONCE SUBMITTED THAT AND THE OFFICER AT PG SCHOOL TOLD ME IT WASNT NECESSARY BUT HE COLLECTED IT FROM ME TO FULFILL ALL RIGHTEOUSNESS

THAT BEEN SAID, I WILL STRONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU GO TO THE PERSON WHOM YOU SUBMITTED YOUR APPLICATION FORM TO THE THURSDAY BEFORE YOUR SCREENING TEST AND ASK HER/HIM TO HELP YOU CHECK IF YOUR TRANSCRIPT IS IN YOUR FILE

IF ITS THERE, YOUR APPLICATION IS IN ORDER

IF ITS NOT, ASK HER/HIM TO SHOW YOU THE OFFICER IN CHARGE OF RECEIVING TRANSCRIPTS SO THAT THEY CAN INCLUDE IT IN YOUR FILE FOR YOU RIGHT THERE IN YOUR PRESENCE

LIKE I SAID, GO ON A THURSDAY BEFORE THE SCREENING TEST

  • Hello prospective students, I just wanna drop a few comments on things you should know…

    1. Do not panic as PG admission is not as compettative as the undergraduates, as a matter of fact, about 90% of qualified applications will be granted admission, (when I say qualified applications, It means you need up with all the requirments above, CGPA, transcript, test score etc). So you have a good chance.

    2. The test we took last year was discipline based, a cemistry applicant for example will take a chemistry test and its likely to stay that way this year (it was GMAT before last year). To be on a safe side, do not score below 35/100

    3. Part time and Full time run the same accademic callender, for those who are working and will like to take a part time course, be prepared.

    4. ENSURE YOUR TRANSCRIPT IS RECEIVED BEFORE YOUR FILE LEAVES PG SCHOOL, if not you will not be admitted, there no magic about it. Pls don’t suffer the same fate I did, I tell you its terrible. I missed the first two list because of transcript issue.

    5. If you missed the first list, do not panic, just trace your file and know why, so u can fix any errors, UNN PG rolls out admission like four times in a section. All things being equal, you might be on the next list.

I think that’s all for now, GOOD LUCK!!!
