2014/2015 UNN PGD Supplementary Admission list Out
The University of Nigeria has published the 2014/2015 Postgraduate Admissions (Supplementary List).
The successful candidates on this list as well as those on earlier publications are required to pay acceptance fee of N25,000 (twenty five thousand naira) only and print their acceptance fee receipt and admission letter from the School Portal (unnportal.unn.edu.ng).
(a) Generate School fees payment invoice;(b) Make the payment via any other bank that has e-Tranzact platforms;
(c) Return to the web and print admission letter;
(d) Print the particulars of admission and complete the registration of courses/programmes online.
(e) Proceed to School of Postgraduate Studies Nsukka/Enugu Campuses with original credentials for verification.
Registration of the courses/programmes must be completed within one month from 18 December 2014.

with great disgust,i must say dat am highly dissapointed with unn nd their way of admiting students
I am honestly disappointed at unn or what soever, they say its first generation university and yet nothing of difference to show.( 1) We wrote screening test and it took them almost about a year to process and grant admission to students (2 )They’ve managed to give us admission and all of a sudden what we get is school fees hike to what I call “fees double up “(3) finally wha we are dealing with now is suspension. These are from the people who claim to have gone to schools (literates) , and thinks there are training up feature leaders with bad examples. Well may God help us ………a lot in ma mind

Yea! You have to go over to nsukka! But where d issue lies is where u’ll be sleeping. Do u have any1 in nsukka to stay with? Rectifying the acceptanbnce fee issue won’t be as difficult as u think!

Go to Pg or Nkrumah hostel at Unn. There is room for temporary accommodation. #400 per night
Is so sad that after giving PGUNN all the requirements even when they know you merited it. They ended not giving their daughter admission. Nigeria will not grow when tribalism and nepotism has finished the country. God is watching o. As they said another list is coming. Am still waiting.

1. got a B.sc(Nig) in Accounting–super lion
2. got 32 in the screening—merit
3. paid extra 15k for unn e-transcript–extortion
4. applied for m.sc banking & finance–hmmm
5. was not in merit & supp list–a pity
6. hail from Enugu state–tribalism-not true

What payment type did u choose cos mine was Masters(Academics) and its bringing out 124900 for me as the amount to be paid!

No because some one advise me to pay at any bank within nsuka. the reason is that when you pay your fees, the bank must summit their schedule to PG school before they will issue you original receipt, if you pay outside nsuka it might be difficult for one to get the original receipt on time and it will be require during your verification.

@Lanre no am yet to pay my fee. Yes you can print without paying. Dateline is 18th Jan. But i think that Dateline will not be feasible because the unn portal is not helping matters. We pray they shift the Dateline. Thanks

I even used the confirmation number to log on to where I’ll print the admission letter which I did successfully but I didn’t find d place to print the receipt, please help me! Please generating the invoice is the problem am faced with.
Go to http://www.unnportal.unn.edu.ng Click on Post graduate Portal, select the option ‘Generate Invoice and provide your form number (i.e the d 6 digits numbers).

Am having the same problem and it persists! There is no option to fill in our 6 digit number, all that is required is the last 5 digits of ones PG Number. As a fresh student, I have nothing like a PG number yet so what is to be done in this case?

Didee Pls, am faced with the payment of my acceptance fee and i have been trying that since December, what is the problem. My 6 digit number is 112491. Some one should help me out before it is too late.
i was at unn on the 6th of Jan 2015 and most departments have not been registered on the new portal for the generation of school fees invoice. however i complained at the ict unit and they proceeded to rectify the issue. the ict said that i and other students from various dept having similar issues should retry by friday this week. if you have got problems with paying your acceptance fee via etranzact, you can try out union bank that is opposite unn main gate. their server is faster and the traffic of persons transacting are not many.

Now those idiots and fools are quiet now, after raising false expectation that the delay was for our own good. People just talk any how just to gain cheap popularity. Others would had have ample time to apply in other schools but stupid people exists. Mtcheeeew!
Just imagine! How good is the delay now? Nevertheless, Let’s forget about the past and face the present reality: the school fee is still very high and needs further reduction with not less than 20%.

go to a nearby cafe, enter unnportal.unn.edu.ng and click on postgraduate portal then u will c d generate invoice option, click on it and remember to put your 6 digit applcation number when required.
My name is in the supplementary list. Thank goodness. I guess i will have to go to one of the cybercafes in UNN since no one seems to be able to explain the process of generating an invoice for “acceptance fee”. Compliments of the season to you all!

Type your comment here…@Didee: I have been having trouble getting the acceptance fee pin meant for the bank, at the cafe’. There’s no provision for it on the portal. The only thing it displays is a space for “payment confirmation pin”, “invoice number” & “application form number” of which the only one I have is the application number (6-digits). It’s so frustrating and it seems a few other people like Cynthia are facing the same problem. Try login and you would see what I’m saying……Plz, someone help ! My contact is 08033662479.

If u re sure dt u handed in d required docments like transcrits& without having very low cgpa,den go to ur proposed dept to find out if dey hav sent ur name, if no den u hav to head to pg school in nsk campus to snif,tank God d environment z nt strange as u re a super lion or lioness.dont relax 4 d next publicatn wi b final

@ ac thanks yes, but i make this mistake of paying before generating the invoice after realizing i return to the bank they claim to have reverse and connected the invoice and payment confirmation order after i tried to cofirm but i recieve this info. unaticepated erro or e tranzact not responding contact one email like that. am fixed at the moment
