UNIZIK Admission List 2017/18 is Out – Check 2nd Batch Here

Nnamdi Azikiwe University UNIZIK Admission List for 2017/2018 Session Released.

The Unizik admission list 2017 has been released online. The authorities of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka has released the first and second batch list of candidates admitted into her different undergraduate programmes for the 2017/2018 academic session.

The second admission list comprises Pre Science, Direct Entry and other candidates.

Candidates that participated in the Unizik PUTME screening exercise are to login online to check their admission status.

How To Check UNIZIK Admission List 2017:

Follow the steps below to check Admission Status on the Unizik admission status checking portal;

1. Visit the Nnamdi Azikiwe University admission status checking portal via the link below;
   >> http://portal.unizik.edu.ng
2. Click on the Logout button,
3. Then re-login with your profile Username and Password,
4. Click on the ‘Admission Status’ button,
5. Then select ‘Check Admission’ to check your admission status.

INSTRUCTIONS TO ADMITTED CANDIDATES:

The upload will be by department. Candidates can check their admission status and begin necessary registrations without delay.

Successful candidates should note that lectures will begin for old and new students on Monday, 27th November 2017 as scheduled.

RETURNING STUDENTS’ NOTICE:

The Nnamdi Azikiwe University Authority concluded merit admission few weeks back and in keeping with Federal Government requirement, sent this list of all admitted students to Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for vetting and necessary approval before final release. The University had hoped that the processing would be finished on time. This prompted the University Authority to fix Monday, November 20, 2017 as resumption date for all students both old and new.

As of today JAMB is yet to conclude vetting on the University Admission list. Therefore, the University Authority wishes to use this medium to apologise to parents/guardians and those waiting for the Admission list, for this unavoidable delay.

However, current information at our disposal indicates that JAMB is likely to conclude all vetting on this list this week and the University will immediately upload the merit list for all admitted students to access.

While old students will still return today, Monday 20th November, 2017 as earlier scheduled, newly admitted students are to proceed to the University as soon as the list is in public domain, without delay, for registration and commencement of lectures.
