In accordance with the revised Time-Table of Events of the University of Nigeria School of Postgraduate Studies, 2016/2017, the School of Postgraduate Studies is organizing orientation for its fresh postgraduate students admitted in the 2016/2017 session for Nsukka and Enugu Campuses.
Date of the Orientation: 15th May, 2017.
Venue of the Orientation: Princes Alexandra Auditorium, U.N.N.
Concept Note:
The Departments and Faculties are required to organize orientation programmes for their fresh postgraduate students admitted in the 2016/2017.
The orientation programme should be designed to familiarise the newly admitted students with the University and its postgraduate programmes. It should also provide a forum to enlighten the students on the postgraduate rules/regulations, and introduce them to the available facilities/ resources at Departmental and Faculty levels. Furthermore, the students are to be exposed to motivational ideas that will make for successful studentship in the University of Nigeria.
