Holders of the above must possess the basic O’level credits in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.<\/td>\nHND IN PUBLIC HEALTH NURSING (WAHEB)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 2a.<\/td>\n ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH OFFICER (ND)<\/td>\n TWO (2)\/FOUR (4) YEARS<\/td>\n Minimum entry requirement into National Diploma (ND) in Environmental Health Science Programme is five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Health Science in either WAEC\/NECO at not more than two sittings. Candidates with JAMB score of 150 and above have added advantage.<\/td>\n ND, HND IN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNOLOGY (WAHEB)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 2b.<\/td>\n ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Minimum of 5 passees in O’level WASSC\/SSCE\/GCE\/NECO at not more than 2 sittings. Three (3) of the passes must be at at credit level and should include English Language, Biology or Health Science, Geography, Physics, Chemistry, Agricultural Science, Technical Drawing and any other subject.<\/td>\n ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH TECHNICIAN DIPLOMA (WAHEB)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 2c.<\/td>\n ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANTS<\/td>\n TWO (2) YEARS<\/td>\n Four (4) O’level passes which should include at least one science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Health Science, Nutrition, Physics). A pass in English Language will be an added advantage.<\/td>\n CERTIFICATE<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 2d.<\/td>\n HEALTH PROMOTION AND EDUCATION<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Four (4) credits in SSCE, NECO, GCE or Teachers Grade II to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology\/Health Science and any other subject.<\/td>\n HPE DIPLOMA<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 3a.<\/td>\n COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER (CHEW)<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Five (5) Credit level passes at WASSC\/SSCE\/GCE\/NECO O’level not more than two (2) sittings.
\nThese must include:

Also, candidates with JCHEW certificates have an added advantage.<\/td>\nNATIONAL DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH (NATIONAL COMM. HEALTH PRACTITIONERS BOARD.)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 3b.<\/td>\n JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH EXTENSION WORKER (JCHEW)<\/td>\n TWO (2) YEARS<\/td>\n Three (3) credits and two (2) passes at O’level WASSC or NECO in not more than two sittings to include English Language, Mathematics, Biology\/Health Science and any other two subjects.<\/td>\n CERTIFICATE IN JUNIOR COMMUNITY HEALTH (NCHPBC)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 4a.<\/td>\n PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MGT<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Five credits in O’level at not more than two sittings at the SSCE\/WASSC or its equivalent. The subjects must include: English Language, Mathematics, Biology or Health Science, Physics or Chemistry and any other subject.<\/td>\n DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT (HRORBN)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 4b.<\/td>\n ND HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT<\/td>\n TWO (2) YEARS<\/td>\n Five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Health Science in either WAEC\/NECO at not more than two sittings. Only candidates with JAMB score of 150 and above are eligible.<\/td>\n NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 4c.<\/td>\n HND HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT<\/td>\n TWO (2) YEARS<\/td>\n National Diploma (ND) in H.I.M with a minimum of lower credit. Health Record Technician Certificate with a minimum of lower credit and five (5) O’level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics and Biology or Health Science in either WAEC\/NECO at not more than two sittings. Candidates must have completed one year industrial attachment. Those with ND with initial JAMB score of 150 are not required to write JAMB. However, candidates without ND certificates are required to have a JAMB score of 160 and above.<\/td>\n HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA IN HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 5.<\/td>\n PHARMACY TECHNICIAN<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Five (5) credits at not more than two (2) sittings in WASSC\/SSCE\/GCE\/NECO in the following subjects:
\nEnglish Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.<\/td>\nPHARMACY TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 6.<\/td>\n MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Requires WASSC\/SSCE\/GCE\/NECO – Four credit passes in the following subjects:
\nEnglish Language, Mathematics, Biology and Chemistry with at least a pass in Physics. (Results more than ten years as the date of this registration will be rejected by the Registration Board). Holders of Medical Lab. Assistant certificate with the above O’level.<\/td>\nMEDICAL LAB. TECHNICIAN CERTIFICATE<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 7.<\/td>\n DISPENSING OPTICIANRY<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Four (4) credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in WASSC\/SSCE\/GCE\/NECO in the following subjects:
\nEnglish Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics with a minimum of pass in English Language or Mathematics. A candidate with a minimum of 10 years cognate experience in optical dispensing (apprenticeship), who has two or three credits in any of these subjects may also be considered for admission.<\/td>\nNATIONAL DIPLOMA<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 8.<\/td>\n COMPUTER SCIENCE<\/td>\n TWO (2) YEARS<\/td>\n Four credit level passes in WASSC\/SSCE\/GCE\/NECO at not more than two sittings. The four subjects must include Mathematics, Physics, English Language and any other subject. JAMB score of 150 and above (JAMB subjects are English Language, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry).
\nCandidates with a pass in Computer Foundation Examination (CFE) of the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) are also accepted. Such candidates must also have credit passes in the required O’level subjects.<\/td>\nNATIONAL DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER SCIENCE<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n \n 9.<\/td>\n RDIOGRAPHY (MEDICAL IMAGING PROCESSING TECHNICIAN)<\/td>\n THREE (3) YEARS<\/td>\n Five (5) credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings in WASSC\/SSCE\/GCE\/NECO in the following subjects:
\nEnglish Language, Mathematics plus either Physics, Chemistry or Biology and any other two (2) subjects.
\nProfessional qualification:
