{"id":40862,"date":"2018-02-01T11:23:42","date_gmt":"2018-02-01T10:23:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unn-edu.info\/?p=40862"},"modified":"2022-05-23T20:11:17","modified_gmt":"2022-05-23T19:11:17","slug":"gtb-graduate-trainees","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/unn-edu.info\/2018\/02\/gtb-graduate-trainees.html","title":{"rendered":"Guaranty Trust Bank GTB Graduate Trainees Programme 2022 Application"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">GTBank Graduate Trainees Programme Application Form 2018 is Out.<\/h2>\n<p>The GTBank graduate trainees programme 2018 application has commenced.\u00a0Guaranty Trust Bank is committed to constantly grooming young talents and providing them with opportunities to explore their strengths, discover themselves, and make an impact in the environment.<\/p>\n<p>Their entry level training programme is an exciting platform to launch your career as we provide and create a world-class training environment.<\/p>\n<p>The criteria for Entry level Programme (ELP) is as detailed below.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-40863 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/unn-edu.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/gtbank-job.jpg\" alt=\"gtbank job\" width=\"689\" height=\"439\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Candidate must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be a graduate with a minimum of second class lower division from an accredited University,<\/li>\n<li>Have completed the compulsory NYSC and possess NYSC certificate,<\/li>\n<li>Have completed WAEC\/NECO with at least 5 credits including Mathematics and English, at no more than two (2) sittings,<\/li>\n<li>Must be no more than twenty-six (26) years of age.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You will be invited to go through the Bank\u2019s five-step recruitment process, summarized below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1: Computer-Based Assessment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If eligible, you will be invited to complete a Computer-Based assessment comprising of questions covering Spatial Reasoning, Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, History\/ Current Affairs, Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation.<\/p>\n<p>The assessment help us determine if you possess the skill to succeed in a role with Guaranty Trust Bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: Pre-Interview Documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Upon successful completion of the assessment, you will be invited for an informal chat with a member of the Human Resources Team, where you\u2019d be required to provide evidence of relevant qualifications\/ credentials for verification. You may also be required to write an essay details of which will be communicated during the discussion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3: Panel Interview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The next stage of the process is a competency-based panel interview. Candidates are expected to demonstrate key capabilities and also exhibit qualities and skills the Bank requires<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4: Final Interview<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This stage involves a one-on-one interview with a member of the Executive Management Team. In addition to competency-based questions, candidates are expected to demonstrate industry knowledge and the passion required to work in Guaranty Trust Bank.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5: Entry Level Training Scheme<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Candidates who are successful at the Final Interview will be offered a place in our four-month Entry Level Programme (ELP). Here participants are trained and tested on practical, social, and technical aspects of Banking.
