HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) FULL-TIME PROGRAMMES FOR TWO (2 ) YEARS<\/strong><\/p>\n SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STUDIES SCHOOL OF GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE STUDIES SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY<\/strong><\/p>\n (a)\u00a0 Computer Science SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES ENTRY REQUIREMENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n The minimum entry requirements for admission into the Higher National Diploma programmes are as follows:<\/p>\n APPLICATIONS ARE INVITED FROM SUITABLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES FOR ADMISSION INTO TWO (2) YEARS HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA (HND) AND NATIONAL DIPLOMA (ND) EVENING PROGRAMMES<\/p>\n SCHOOL OF BUSINESS STUDIES SCHOOL OF GENERAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE STUDIES SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING<\/strong><\/p>\n Civil Engineering Technology SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES DURATION:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Two Academic Sessions of Four semesters.<\/p>\n CENTRE:<\/strong>\u00a0 The Federal Polytechnic, Idah<\/p>\n ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR HND PROGRAMMES<\/strong><\/p>\n The minimum entry requirements for admission into the Higher National Diploma programmes are as follows:<\/p>\n ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR ND PROGRAMMES:<\/strong>\u00a0 Five (5) relevant credit passes, including Mathematics and English Language at the SSCE, GCE, NECCO, NABTEB and other O\/L equivalent qualifications obtained at not more than 2 sittings.<\/p>\n REMEDIAL PROGRAMMES:<\/strong><\/p>\n These are one-year programmes designed to prepare candidates with deficiencies in the entry requirements and subsequent admissions for full-time National Diploma (ND) programmes in the following:<\/p>\n SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING SCHOOL OF TECHNOLOGY SCHOOL OF ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n The entry requirements are, at least five (5) Ordinary Level passes or their equivalents, including Mathematics and English Language, at NOT more than two sittings obtained from WAEC, NECO and NABTEB in subjects relevant to the programmes.<\/p>\n METHOD OF APPLICATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n The following procedures are to be followed:<\/p>\n
