Go to a First Bank branch there at UNEC. Tell them you want to pay UNN Post Graduate Application fees using the E-transact form. They will do it for you. They do everything at the bank.Insist that your Application Number gotten from the Unn website be used there!

If you have paid for the form, just log-in with your Confirmation order and Application Number.

From the advert, your documents including Transcript should reach them before/on 20th April. While filling the form online, you will/would’ve seen a contrasting message which says all documents should be at PG school before/on 4/9/2014.

IMO,i think its better to play safe! Treat everything you have with the latest deadline you. It’s better to play safe!

I’ve left UNN.Would’ve asked at the School of PG studies if i saw your post earlier. It depends how your school handles transcript. Some schools send it directly to the destination while others hand it to the Individual.

If your faculty is based at Enugu Campus, then you should submit all your documents there. It was clearly stated in the advert.

I generated the payment slip using the telephone number and other details in applying last year. I noticed that the application number generated is the same as that which i got last year. Thinking that the application number is generic, i made payment at first bank, only for the system to say that the details i entered have been used by another person. I tried to generate another payment slip with my alternate phone number and realised that a different application number appeared. Could anyone who had this problem and was able to resolve it tell me what to do. the site builders should have wriiten the programme to ensure that someone who applied last year is likely to use the same details and the system would still map the phone number to an application number already used i the previous year. If my thinking is wrong, etransact should please tell me what to do as the bank i bought the form from in Abuja appear helpless over this matter. thanks.

        Go to http://unnportal.com/pg/frm/adm/default.asp
Use your Confirmation order in your slip as your payment confirmation pin and Serial Number as your Application Order. When you log in,the first thing you’ve got to is to resize your passport pic to be less dan 15kb.After that, you can filling the form.

You have to state the problem you are facing.

When you created your payment slip after logging in your Surname, number and Email, did you insist your application number be used at the bank whle making payment using the e-tranzact platform?

Your application number should have been used to make payments. So after payments you log in with your Confirmation Order(the long code) and your application number.

Can’t think of any other solution.
